Lori's career spans two decades as a tech executive, business coach, and real estate investor, with a track record of driving operational excellence, customer obsession, and data-driven innovation. She brings deep expertise in technology, market trends, and AI applications — helping organizations unlock new opportunities, align on strategy, and deliver exceptional experiences.
Most recently, Lori spent over 18 years at Intuit, where she served as Chief of Staff and Distinguished Director of Technical Program Management for the Consumer Group — leading cross-functional teams through major strategy pivots, building Intuit-wide planning systems, and driving innovation practices across AI/ML, blockchain, and conversational UI initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held roles at eBay and Apple's Advanced Technology Group.
Lori co-founded The Unblock Co. to help growth-stage organizations find and eliminate what's slowing them down — pairing human-centered observation with AI opportunity mapping to turn hidden friction into a prioritized action plan within a week.

Jeff brings four decades of innovation leadership across some of the most consequential companies in technology — from Apple's earliest days to the front lines of enterprise AI. His career has been defined by a single throughline: helping organizations build the habits and systems that make breakthrough innovation not just possible, but repeatable.
At Intuit, Jeff spent 20 years leading company-wide innovation programs — including the 10% Unstructured Time initiative that contributed to $100M in new revenue from products that didn't previously exist, and helped propel Intuit to #19 on Fortune's Best Companies to Work For list. Before that, he led engineering at AdForce delivering over one billion targeted ads per month, and at Apple he helped shape the personal computer industry itself — developing software for the first CD-ROM drives and leading teams across the Mac and Apple II product lines from 1982 to 1995.
