Lori's career spans two decades as a tech executive, business coach, and real estate investor, with a track record of driving operational excellence, customer obsession, and data-driven innovation. She brings deep expertise in technology, market trends, and AI applications — helping organizations unlock new opportunities, align on strategy, and deliver exceptional experiences.
Most recently, Lori spent over 18 years at Intuit, where she served as Chief of Staff and Distinguished Director of Technical Program Management for the Consumer Group — leading cross-functional teams through major strategy pivots, building Intuit-wide planning systems, and driving innovation practices across AI/ML, blockchain, and conversational UI initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held roles at eBay and Apple's Advanced Technology Group.
Lori co-founded The Unblock Co. to help growth-stage organizations find and eliminate what's slowing them down — pairing human-centered observation with AI opportunity mapping to turn hidden friction into a prioritized action plan within a week.

As Principal Consultant at Leading Edge Consulting Group, Steve combines deep organizational psychology with practical, hands-on methods to help companies understand and reshape their cultural dynamics — building workplaces where employees flourish and business performance improves. He spent 8 years at Intuit as Principal Program Manager and Innovation Consultant, coaching product teams on lean, customer-backed innovation and redefining Intuit's global Innovation Catalyst program.
A lifelong learner with an MBA in Organization Development, Steve is passionate about intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship — and about helping people solve incredibly challenging problems.
